Keeping Mortgage Sales Simple with Great Communications

For those of us working in the exciting world of mortgage sales, we are all too familiar with the pressures of meeting our daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals. For instance, what do you think is the most common complaint that people have about the service level of people in the mortgage business? In my experience, these are the most frequently heard complaints:

Create and use tools that simplify your work and create trust and customer service for your clients.  Life is more calm when you are prepared and able to communicate easily.
